By enrolling in The Embodiment Code (the “Program”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment & Commitment

• Enrollment in the Program is a full financial commitment.

• Payment plans are provided for convenience only and do not alter the Participant’s responsibility to pay in full.

• By enrolling, the Participant agrees to pay the full program fee, whether paid in one lump sum or via a payment plan.

2. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital and experiential nature of the Program, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued once you enroll, regardless of participation level.

3. Attendance & Participation

• Participant is responsible for attending live sessions and completing materials.

• Replays and resources are provided as part of the Program, but missed sessions do not entitle the Participant to any refund or credit.

4. Results Disclaimer

• The Program provides tools, practices, and guidance for personal transformation.

• Participant acknowledges that results vary, and outcomes are dependent on their personal commitment, effort, and circumstances. No specific results are guaranteed.

5. Community Conduct

• The Program may include group coaching calls, online community spaces, or messaging platforms.

• Participants agree to engage respectfully and maintain confidentiality regarding what is shared by others. Disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the Program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials, resources, and recordings are for Participant’s personal use only.

• Sharing, duplicating, or distributing materials without permission is prohibited.

7. Liability Waiver

• Participant understands this Program may involve breathwork, tapping, somatic practices, and other holistic modalities.

• Participant agrees they are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being, and will consult with a medical professional if needed.

• Participant releases Rejan Christine from liability for any injuries, outcomes, or consequences that may arise from participation.

8. Agreement

By completing your enrollment and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
